Purachem for Smart Solutions and Supplies needed one public platform for custom AI software, and for training and supplies. Prospects had no single bilingual place to see a price, place an order, or recover a certificate.

The business problem
- A buyer needed to understand the offer in Arabic or English without files and WhatsApp.
- The sale was manual: inquiry, price, payment method, then email.
- Training certificates were PDFs sent by hand. A trainee could not recover one with a code.
- The company needed a software-design storefront and a full company site from the same product.

Order counts, reply times, certificates issued, and visits are not listed.
One bilingual offer
Home, services, about, work, and pricing switch between English and Arabic with RTL. The choice is remembered.
A clear checkout
Two services priced in Egyptian pounds. The buyer chooses InstaPay, Vodafone Cash, bank transfer, or Western Union. The order is emailed to sales. Account numbers are not shown here.
The right inbox
A sales message goes to the sales inbox. Other messages go to the general inbox. A reply is expected within one working day.
Certificates
Staff upload a PDF. The system issues PURA-XXXXXXXX. The trainee downloads through a short-lived signed link. Files stay private. Codes avoid look-alike characters such as 0/O and 1/I.
Two modes
One environment flag switches software-design mode and the full company mode: training, supplies, and certificates.
Support and legal pages
WhatsApp, live chat, privacy, terms, refunds, delivery, and a Meta data-deletion endpoint.
